The small print, in plain language

Who can use a Rafiki code?

Anyone new to JamboSim: the email address must not have a paid JamboSim order yet. You cannot use your own code.

Can it be combined with another discount?

No. The Discount code field takes one code, so a Rafiki code cannot be stacked with another voucher or promotion.

When do I get my credit?

Immediately after your friend's order is paid. You will see it in the Rafiki Credits tab and in the Financial tab of My eSIMs.

What if the order is refunded?

Then the matching reward is reversed and shown as reversed in your history. Your balance never drops below zero.

In which currency is my credit booked?

In the currency of your account balance. If your friend paid in another currency, we convert at the rate applying at that moment.

How long is my credit valid?

One year from your last qualifying purchase, and it works both on jambosim.com and in the app.
