    Delivery Policy

    The short version: JamboSim eSIMs are 100% digital. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your eSIM is delivered to your inbox and your account dashboard within minutes — usually under 2 minutes. Nothing is shipped physically.

    1. How your eSIM is delivered

    Every JamboSim order is delivered electronically. After successful payment, we send your eSIM activation details:

    • By email to the address you used at checkout, including the installation QR code and a Universal Link (for supported devices).
    • Inside your account dashboard at jambosim.com/my-esims, where you can scan or re-download the QR code at any time.

    There is no postal delivery, no SIM card courier, and no customs to clear. Everything happens online.

    2. When you receive it

    Delivery is typically within 2 minutes of your payment being confirmed. In rare cases (high traffic at our network partner, additional fraud checks on a new account, or a temporary outage on the operator side) delivery may take up to 1 hour. If you do not receive your eSIM within 1 hour, please check your spam folder first and then contact us at [email protected] — we will track it down right away.

    3. Installing your eSIM

    Open the email or your dashboard on a second device (laptop, tablet) and scan the QR code with your eSIM-capable phone, or tap the Universal Link directly on supported iPhones. Step-by-step instructions are available in our Setup Guide. Activation of the data itself usually happens when you arrive at your destination and connect to a local network, or on the start date you chose at checkout.

    4. Delivery costs

    Digital delivery is always free. The price you see at checkout is the total price — there are no shipping fees, handling fees, or hidden costs added afterwards.

    5. Something went wrong with delivery?

    If your eSIM did not arrive, the QR code does not scan, or the activation details look wrong, email [email protected] with your order number. Our support team replies within 24 hours (usually much faster) and will re-send or replace your eSIM at no extra cost where the issue is on our side.

    6. Refunds related to delivery

    If we are unable to deliver a working eSIM, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy. Please review that policy for the full details on eligibility, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, and how to request a refund.
