In the videos the menu is called Cellular on iPhone and Mobile network on Android, with Data roaming as the switch that has to be on for the JamboSim line. If your handset came from EE, Vodafone, O2, Three, Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile, also check that it is not network-locked - the two carrier-lock videos below take under a minute each.
